I am a trained SMART Recovery UK facilitator (Self-Management and Recovery Training), having previously run weekly SMART groups. The SMART four point programme is;

  1. building and maintaining motivation,

  2. coping with urges,

  3. managing thoughts, feelings and behaviours,

  4. living a balanced life


These strategies can be built into any recovery programme, helping individuals to lead a healthier life.

Our routes to recovery sessions will support you on your journey one step at a time.


Relapse prevention groups can be offered on a monthly basis to help you to keep focused.
